Responsibility
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and room assignments.
- Verify guest identities, process payments, and handle cash/credit transactions with precision.
- Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and resort amenities to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge teams to ensure room readiness and prompt service delivery.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date records of room availability, guest preferences, and VIP profiles in the PMS (Property Management System).
- Assist with administrative tasks, including reporting, inventory checks, and daily front desk audits.
- Uphold brand standards for appearance, communication, and service excellence at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front desk operations, preferably in a hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality setting.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Proficiency in PMS software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Flexible to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous.
- Prior experience in Bali’s tourism industry is highly desirable.
