Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, resorts, and accommodation partners in Bali.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, including rates, inventory, and promotional terms.
- Ensure accurate and compelling representation of hotel products across all platforms.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align contracting strategies with business objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of contracted properties and recommend improvements.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s presence.
- Prepare and present reports on contracting activities, market insights, and revenue projections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel contracting, sales, or business development within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing commercial agreements.
- Strong understanding of Bali’s tourism market and key industry players.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools is advantageous.
