Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for corporate and group bookings.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate accounts, travel agencies, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries to drive repeat business.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals, contracts, and rate agreements to potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Conduct site inspections and familiarization trips for clients to showcase hotel facilities and services.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales, corporate accounts, or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Opera, Salesforce).
- Knowledge of Baliās tourism market and corporate landscape is highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
