Responsibility
- Conduct engaging live streaming sessions on various platforms to promote brand products.
- Interact actively with viewers by answering questions, responding to comments, and encouraging participation.
- Create dynamic and interesting content to maintain and grow audience retention.
- Collaborate with the creative team to plan daily streaming topics and product showcases.
- Monitor streaming performance metrics and optimize engagement strategies.
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and positive on-screen persona at all times.
- Ensure all equipment and sets are prepared and ready before going live.
Qualifications
- Highly confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and entertain an audience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle real-time feedback.
- A creative mindset with an interest in social media marketing and digital trends.
- Previous experience in live streaming, hosting, or sales is considered a significant plus.
