Responsibility
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, creating a positive first impression
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow
- Maintain an organized waitlist and provide accurate wait time estimates
- Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and diplomacy
- Monitor dining area to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and adherence to safety standards
- Assist with special events and private functions as needed
- Uphold the establishment's service standards and brand image consistently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with grace under pressure
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic computer skills for reservation management systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
