Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Assist in managing front-desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, bookings, and payments.
- Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated with industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with hotel management software or reservation systems is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
