Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and quality standards (for Cooks).
- Operate coffee machines and prepare specialty beverages (for Baristas).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining, kitchen, and bar areas.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality (waitressing, cooking, or barista roles) is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and/or Indonesian is a plus.
- Passion for delivering high-quality service and creating memorable guest experiences.
