Responsibility

  • Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in guest-facing areas, including lobbies, lounges, and common spaces.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, and food & beverage teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints or issues with diplomacy and efficiency, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as reservations, guest records, and inventory management as needed.
  • Uphold brand standards and company policies while delivering personalized service to enhance the guest experience.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to grow your skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field (entry-level candidates with a strong passion for hospitality will also be considered).
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Japanese, or Russian) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in guest-facing situations.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the role.
