Responsibility
- Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests in dining, lounge, or event settings.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately while ensuring timely service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace, including tables, bars, and service stations.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down service areas for events, banquets, or daily operations.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Uphold brand standards for presentation, hygiene, and guest interaction.
- Participate in training programs to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service (fresh graduates with a passion for service are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Team player with a guest-first mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems and order management is an advantage.
