Responsibility

  • Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests in dining, lounge, or event settings.
  • Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately while ensuring timely service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace, including tables, bars, and service stations.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down service areas for events, banquets, or daily operations.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Uphold brand standards for presentation, hygiene, and guest interaction.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance service skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service (fresh graduates with a passion for service are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong work ethic, adaptability, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Team player with a guest-first mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and order management is an advantage.
