Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service to lounge guests, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience.
- Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, and light meals according to established standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, including restocking supplies and tidying workstations.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and special accommodations in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs efficiently.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Handle cash transactions and inventory tracking (if applicable) with accuracy and integrity.
- Participate in training programs to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Fluent in English (additional languages, especially Bahasa Indonesia, are advantageous).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early/late hours.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., trays, supplies).
- Prior experience in hospitality, food service, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude under pressure.
