Responsibility
- Provide attentive, personalized service to guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
- Take and process orders accurately, including special requests and dietary restrictions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing dining area, including table settings and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and high-quality food and beverage delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Upsell menu items, promotions, or specials to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with local and international standards.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (e.g., waiter, server, or hospitality service crew). Fresh graduates with a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, professional, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move items up to 10 kg.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including wine pairing or cocktail basics (for upscale venues).
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
