Responsibility
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining the dining area according to Spago’s high standards.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for hospitality.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
