Responsibility
- Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional demeanor at the bar, floor, or reception area.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cashier station, including handling payments and issuing receipts.
- Serve beverages and light meals, ensuring orders are taken and delivered promptly.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team as a Cook Helper, assisting with food preparation, plating, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, including restocking supplies and adhering to hygiene standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational demands.
- Uphold company policies and service standards to ensure a consistent guest experience.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations.
