Responsibility
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly, professional attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including counters, tables, and equipment.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and reporting shortages to the management team.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
- Uphold health and safety standards, including food handling and hygiene protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, or other regional languages) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation or willingness to undergo training.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting (e.g., trays, supplies).
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (for foreign applicants).
