Responsibility
- Provide attentive, personalized service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders, including special requests and dietary restrictions.
- Maintain impeccable knowledge of menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and high-quality service.
- Uphold brand standards for presentation, cleanliness, and guest interaction at all times.
- Handle payment processing efficiently and resolve any billing inquiries with professionalism.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address concerns to exceed expectations.
- Participate in team briefings and training sessions to stay updated on service protocols and promotions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within hotels, resorts, or fine-dining restaurants (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Fluent in English (additional languages, especially Bahasa Indonesia, are a plus).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., trays, beverages).
- Familiarity with Bali’s hospitality industry is advantageous.
