Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.
- Implement sales and promotional strategies to drive revenue and enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all F&B operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the marketing and finance teams to analyze performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support the Area Manager in executing company-wide initiatives and store-specific projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Indonesian.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B service standards, inventory management, and cost control.
- Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic financial reporting.
- Passion for the hospitality industry with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
