Responsibility
- Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to guests in a fast-paced dining environment.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Assist with table setup, menu presentation, and billing processes using POS systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and special requests with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service coordination.
- Uphold brand standards for service quality, presentation, and guest interactions.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills in hospitality, upselling, and conflict resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates with a passion for hospitality are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a team and thrive under pressure during peak hours.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service (training provided).
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
