Responsibility
- Assist in the efficient delivery of food and beverages from the kitchen to guest areas, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Support front-of-house staff by replenishing supplies, clearing tables, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation in all work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces for banquets, conferences, or special occasions.
- Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests.
- Handle and transport equipment, linens, and other materials as required.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any service-related issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality, restaurant, or similar fast-paced environment (entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift and carry up to 15 kg.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Fluent in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Balinese, are a plus).
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the dynamic needs of a luxury hospitality setting.
