Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lectures on hospitality management topics, including hotel operations, customer service, and event management.
- Develop and update course materials to reflect current industry trends and best practices.
- Mentor and guide students through practical training, internships, and career development opportunities.
- Assess student performance through examinations, projects, and presentations, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with industry partners to facilitate guest lectures, workshops, and internship placements.
- Participate in academic and administrative meetings to contribute to curriculum development and program improvement.
- Organize and supervise field trips and industry visits to enhance students' learning experiences.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in the hospitality industry to ensure relevant and high-quality instruction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in hotel operations, food and beverage, or event management.
- Previous teaching or training experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and learning management systems.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
