Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism
- Manage guest check-ins and reservations for padel courts and club facilities
- Provide information about club services, membership options, and upcoming events
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth facility usage and guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of daily sales
- Assist in organizing and promoting club events and tournaments
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in reception and common areas
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, customer service, or related fields
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing personality
- Basic computer skills for reservation systems and POS operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Knowledge of padel tennis or racquet sports is advantageous
- Well-groomed appearance with professional demeanor
- Bali residency or valid work permit required
