Responsibility

  • Lead and inspire front-line hospitality teams to deliver exceptional guest service across luxury resorts and hotels in Bali.
  • Oversee daily operations, including guest check-ins, concierge services, and complaint resolution, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement service standards, operational procedures, and guest satisfaction initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback, reviews, and satisfaction scores to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.
  • Coordinate with event planning teams to ensure flawless execution of weddings, corporate events, and special occasions.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local partners to secure high-quality services and amenities for guests.
  • Train and mentor staff on best practices in hospitality, including upselling techniques, conflict resolution, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as local regulations and brand policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury resorts or hotels.
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding guest service and driving operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • In-depth knowledge of hospitality management systems (e.g., PMS, CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in dynamic and high-pressure situations.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity, with experience working in multicultural environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
