Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Hospital Billing department, ensuring all billing cycles are completed accurately and on time.
- Mentor, coach, and manage a team of billing specialists, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous professional development.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as claims denial rates, aging reports, and revenue recovery metrics.
- Implement and streamline billing workflows to minimize errors and maximize efficiency across all hospital accounts.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex billing discrepancies and resolve issues in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with healthcare billing regulations, data privacy laws (HIPAA), and company policies.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports for management, offering actionable insights to improve financial outcomes.
Qualifications
- NON-NEGOTIABLE: Proven, hands-on experience in Hospital Billing processes.
- Substantial experience managing or leading Hospital Billing accounts within a Healthcare BPO environment.
- Deep understanding of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process, including coding, billing, and collections.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.
- Ability to work full-time in Metro Manila with a professional, result-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and team coordination.
