Responsibility
- Develop, maintain, and deliver comprehensive training modules specifically for US Hospital Billing workflows.
- Conduct nesting sessions and provide real-time floor support to ensure new hires meet production quality standards.
- Analyze performance metrics and error trends to identify knowledge gaps and implement targeted coaching interventions.
- Stay current with updates in US healthcare billing regulations, insurance requirements, and payer-specific guidelines.
- Collaborate with Operations Managers to enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on training feedback.
- Facilitate calibration sessions to ensure consistency in billing documentation and claim processing across the department.
- Provide regular reporting on trainee progress, competency levels, and training program effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Non-Negotiable: Extensive hands-on experience in US Hospital Billing (Revenue Cycle Management).
- Previous experience as a Trainer, Quality Analyst, or Subject Matter Expert in a BPO or Healthcare setting.
- In-depth knowledge of UB-04 claim forms, ICD-10/CPT coding, and denial management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for adult learners.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple training batches simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be willing to work on a night shift schedule in Pasig City.
