Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand our client base in the HORECA sector across Bali’s key regions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotel managers, restaurant owners, and café operators to drive repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the local hospitality industry.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and after-sales support.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company’s brand and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the HORECA, FMCG, or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourism and hospitality landscape is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned regions (own vehicle/motorcycle is a plus).
