Responsibility
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, providing a warm and personalized check-in experience.
- Ensure homestay properties are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with essential amenities for guest comfort.
- Act as a local ambassador by offering recommendations for dining, activities, and cultural experiences in Bali.
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally, both in-person and via digital communication.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any issues and maintain high standards of hospitality.
- Monitor and restock supplies (toiletries, linens, kitchen essentials) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Assist with check-out procedures, including settling bills, collecting feedback, and ensuring a smooth departure.
- Uphold company policies and safety protocols to ensure a secure and enjoyable stay for all guests.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or property management (homestay, hotel, or guesthouse experience preferred).
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Indonesian, or other major languages) are a strong plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Basic knowledge of property maintenance, housekeeping standards, and guest safety protocols.
- Tech-savvy with experience using hospitality software, booking platforms, or communication tools (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp).
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
- Familiarity with Balinese culture, local attractions, and tourism trends is highly desirable.
