Responsibility
- Coordinate and enhance the end-to-end homeowner experience, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee daily business operations, including property onboarding, contract management, and service delivery.
- Develop and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
- Act as the primary liaison between homeowners, property managers, and internal teams to resolve inquiries and concerns.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable insights.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, budgets, and forecasts for business planning.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align operational strategies with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations, property management, or customer experience roles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
- Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of real estate or property management systems is a plus.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
