Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive clerical support to the homecare team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.
- Coordinate office operations, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining supply inventories.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, patients, and external partners to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of patient and administrative records.
- Support the onboarding process for new staff, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training schedules.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring cost-effective procurement while maintaining adequate stock levels.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or homecare setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented culture.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology and HIPAA/compliance standards is advantageous.
