Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and effective online English as a Second Language (ESL) lessons to students of varying ages and proficiency levels.
- Utilize provided curriculum and supplementary materials to create dynamic and interactive learning experiences.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor during all teaching sessions.
- Ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet, professional teaching environment.
- Manage class time effectively, adhering to lesson plans and schedules.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities provided by ET-Phone.
- Communicate effectively with students and occasionally parents regarding student performance and educational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field; Education, Linguistics, or English-related fields preferred.
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent ESL teaching certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience teaching English, preferably in an online or international setting.
- Native or near-native English proficiency with excellent grammar, pronunciation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual classroom environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet workspace, and appropriate teaching equipment (headset, webcam).
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity.
- Residency in Bali, Indonesia, or willingness to relocate.
