Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and healthcare providers to promote HMO products and services.
- Conduct needs assessments to recommend tailored healthcare plans that meet client requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and strategic account management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to process enrollments, claims, and policy updates accurately and efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders as needed.
- Uphold company standards for compliance, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management, preferably in the healthcare or insurance sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional local language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to adapt to dayshift schedules and meet performance metrics.
