Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality, engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the national curriculum for high school students.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation, collaboration, and critical thinking.
- Prepare and organize lesson plans, teaching materials, and resources to support effective learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to address student needs and enhance educational programs.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends, methodologies, and technologies to enhance teaching effectiveness.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, workshops, and team meetings to foster continuous growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Mathematics Teacher, preferably at the high school level, with a strong track record of student success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Deep understanding of mathematical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly and creatively.
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools, digital resources, and classroom management techniques.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is highly desirable.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
