As the HNW Onboarding Manager, you will act as the primary liaison between clients, insurance providers, and internal teams to verify Statements of Work (SOW), streamline documentation, and mitigate risks. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of service while adhering to regulatory and company policies. Responsibility
- Manage the complete onboarding process for High Net Worth Clients, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Verify and validate Statements of Work (SOW) and insurance-related documents to ensure alignment with client agreements and company policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HNW clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on onboarding progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and finance, to streamline onboarding workflows and reduce processing time.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on client documentation, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks.
- Develop and maintain standardized onboarding procedures, templates, and checklists to improve consistency and scalability.
- Monitor onboarding metrics (e.g., turnaround time, client satisfaction) and implement process improvements as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in HNW client onboarding and insurance verification.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client onboarding, wealth management, or insurance, with a focus on High Net Worth Clients.
- Proven expertise in SOW verification, contract review, and compliance checks within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory frameworks applicable to HNW clients in Southeast Asia.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust with high-profile clients.
- Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to documentation and risk assessment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and onboarding software.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple client onboarding processes simultaneously.
