Responsibility
- Lead regulatory compliance assessments for financial institutions, identifying gaps and recommending strategic solutions
- Design and implement risk management frameworks using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency
- Develop and deliver risk management training programs for client teams and internal stakeholders
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative risk analysis to support decision-making processes
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management practices into business operations
- Stay abreast of evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices in financial risk management
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the practice
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or professional certification preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, financial risk management, or related consulting roles
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt or Green Belt) or equivalent process improvement methodology
- Strong understanding of financial regulations (e.g., Basel III, IFRS, local banking regulations)
- Proven track record in risk assessment, process optimization, and regulatory compliance projects
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in risk management tools and methodologies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience working with financial institutions in Southeast Asia is highly desirable
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
