Responsibility
- Process tellering transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Open and manage new customer accounts, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Assist clients with loan applications, account inquiries, and financial product recommendations.
- Maintain secure and organized records of accountable forms, documents, and transaction logs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with branch teams to optimize operations and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on banking products, services, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information to clients.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in banking, finance, or customer service (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, banking software).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, tellering procedures, and financial products is an advantage.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia, with valid work authorization.
