Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential retail partners (Wings Group stores) across assigned territories in Bali
- Present and explain Bank MAS's unsecured loan products to business owners
- Conduct financial needs assessments for small business clients
- Process loan applications and coordinate with bank representatives
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high service standards
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the loan process
- Stay updated on product knowledge and banking regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services or B2B sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage own schedule
- Basic understanding of financial products and services
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories in Bali
- Own motorcycle and valid driver's license preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
