Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow-ups professionally
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (preferred)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a bonus
