Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their financial needs.
- Present, explain, and recommend tailored financing products and solutions to clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Document all client interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, client relationship management, or financial services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services (training provided for the right candidate).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
