Responsibility
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on pipeline and performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a hunter role (minimum 2 years).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in the Indonesian or Southeast Asian market is advantageous.
