Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for heavy equipment and harvesting machinery.
  • Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities in the agriculture, construction, and industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including contractors, farmers, and industrial operators, to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and negotiations to close sales and secure long-term contracts.
  • Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to provide customized solutions that meet client specifications and budget requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management on a regular basis.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support, including training, troubleshooting, and warranty claims, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in heavy equipment, construction machinery, or agricultural equipment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment, harvesting units, or construction machinery (e.g., tractors, excavators, loaders, or harvesters).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali and other regions as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
