Responsibility
- Operate heavy equipment (DT 30-50 Ton) safely and efficiently in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, health, and environmental (QSHE) management systems in all operational activities.
- Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment to verify functionality and report any defects.
- Coordinate with ground crews and supervisors to execute loading, unloading, and material transport tasks.
- Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
- Follow all site-specific safety protocols, including PPE usage and hazard reporting.
- Assist in emergency response procedures and equipment shutdowns when necessary.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process optimizations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience operating heavy equipment (DT 30-50 Ton or similar).
- Valid heavy equipment operator certification (preferably from a recognized Indonesian or international body).
- Proven track record of compliance with safety and environmental regulations in industrial settings.
- Strong situational awareness and ability to work in high-pressure environments.
- Physical fitness to handle prolonged periods of operation and manual tasks as needed.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to perform minor equipment troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (preferred).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
