Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative operations for healthcare facilities in Bali, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to maintain optimal workflow and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with HR, finance, and medical teams to streamline processes and support staff productivity.
- Develop and implement administrative systems, including digital tools, to improve record-keeping and reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including patients, suppliers, and government agencies.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes for leadership and departmental discussions.
- Monitor facility maintenance and safety protocols to ensure a secure and functional work environment.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking for site-specific operational needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in healthcare or corporate settings.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with administrative software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Experience in vendor negotiation, contract management, or facility coordination is advantageous.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
