Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, including verifying personal and insurance information, and updating records in our digital system.
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments efficiently, coordinating with patients and dental staff to optimize clinic flow.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, providing accurate information about services, pricing, and availability.
  • Process patient payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily financial transactions with precision.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked reception area, including managing office supplies and promotional materials.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing patient charts or documents for dental procedures.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and address any patient concerns or special requests.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients of all ages.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and comfortable learning new software for patient management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial transactions.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
