Responsibility
- Operate and maintain advanced healthcare simulation equipment, including mannequins, VR systems, and audiovisual tools.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure seamless functionality during training sessions.
- Collaborate with medical educators to design and implement realistic simulation scenarios.
- Conduct regular calibration and software updates for simulation devices.
- Train healthcare staff on the proper use of simulation technology.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment maintenance.
- Monitor inventory of simulation supplies and coordinate procurement as needed.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in medical simulation technology and recommend upgrades.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, preferably in healthcare or simulation technology.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Familiarity with medical simulation systems (e.g., Laerdal, CAE Healthcare, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with medical and non-technical staff.
- Certification in healthcare simulation technology (e.g., CHSOS) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
