Responsibility
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, and allied health staff, to meet client demands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare sector.
- Negotiate job offers and terms of employment between candidates and clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions using our CRM system.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector.
