Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive product adoption and revenue growth in the healthcare sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and demonstrations to educate stakeholders on product benefits and usage.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless product launches and promotions.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Provide technical and clinical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Represent DKSH at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or product management within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus).
- Deep understanding of medical products, clinical applications, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
