Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations in the dialysis clinic to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and train nursing staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, compassion, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and protocols in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor patient care plans, ensuring adherence to treatment guidelines and individualized care needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, dietitians, and social workers, to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documentation, and reporting in compliance with clinical and legal standards.
- Oversee inventory management of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper functionality.
- Address patient and staff concerns promptly, resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent; Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is a plus.
- Valid nursing license and certification in dialysis nursing (e.g., CNN, CDN) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role in a dialysis setting.
- In-depth knowledge of dialysis procedures, equipment, and patient care protocols.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and interact with patients.
- Proven ability to develop and implement clinical policies, training programs, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
