Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations in healthcare or hospitality facilities, ensuring adherence to hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor housekeeping staff to maintain high productivity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, workflows, and quality control measures to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed while managing budget constraints.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., maintenance, nursing, or guest services) to address operational needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, incidents, and staff performance for reporting and auditing purposes.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices in housekeeping management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in healthcare, hotels, or luxury resorts.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, infection control, and OSHA/healthcare hygiene protocols.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian or Balinese is a plus.
- Familiarity with housekeeping software or inventory management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.
