Responsibility
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on healthcare service excellence.
- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare plans, claims status, and provider network details.
- Maintain high levels of data accuracy while documenting interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal healthcare stakeholders to resolve complex account issues in a timely manner.
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA and other relevant healthcare data privacy regulations.
- Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs related to response time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on industry standards and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the BPO or healthcare/medical industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to remain calm and empathetic while handling sensitive patient or provider inquiries.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to shifting schedules and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to start immediately and undergo mandatory onboarding training.
