Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee clinical research projects, ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
- Liaise between healthcare professionals, researchers, and administrative teams to streamline operations.
- Manage patient data, documentation, and reporting systems with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions for staff and stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution.
- Develop and implement standardized procedures to enhance workflow and service delivery.
- Provide administrative support for grant applications, ethical approvals, and institutional reviews.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to healthcare programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in healthcare coordination, clinical research, or hospital administration.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, research protocols, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GCP, HIPAA).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data management systems, and electronic health records (EHR).
