Responsibility
- Support the strategic expansion of PGAHIās programs and partnerships in allied health education.
- Coordinate with healthcare institutions, universities, and industry stakeholders to develop and enhance postgraduate training initiatives.
- Oversee the implementation of new courses, workshops, and certification programs aligned with global healthcare standards.
- Manage administrative and operational aspects of the Institute, including budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance.
- Facilitate collaborative research projects and knowledge-sharing initiatives between PGAHI and external partners.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with industry needs.
- Represent PGAHI at conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote its mission and attract new partnerships.
- Develop marketing and outreach strategies to increase enrollment and engagement in PGAHIās programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Healthcare Administration, Allied Health Sciences, Business Management, or a related field. Masterās degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management, education administration, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record in program development, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience working in international or multicultural settings is a plus.
- Knowledge of healthcare education standards, accreditation processes, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.
