Responsibility
- Manage and organize pharmaceutical inventory, including receipt, storage, and distribution of medical supplies across assigned clinics.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders to ensure uninterrupted supply of essential medications and medical equipment.
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain accuracy in inventory records and minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement teams and suppliers to process orders, track deliveries, and resolve any supply chain issues.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards for storage and handling of pharmaceuticals.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issuances, and adjustments.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels based on usage patterns.
- Assist in the disposal of expired or damaged medical supplies in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Pharmacy, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in inventory management, warehouse operations, or pharmacy storekeeping, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, storage requirements, and handling procedures.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) to liaise with internal teams and suppliers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
